This strong, relocatable chicken coop is supplied as a kitset with high quality timber parts that are precut and semi assembled.
Designed to last the test of time, Outpost hen houses make keeping chickens easier with a person sized door for inside access so you can get in there to clean it out or get a close look at your hens and a ladder style perch for your hens that is removable for easy cleaning. They feature a chicken door for free ranging and easy to access nest boxes that won't disturb your flock.
Being relocatable also makes it easy to move this hen house around your block, giving your hens fresh ground regularly. Just attach a tow rope to the holes in the skid mounted base of the coop and tow with a 4x4.
Outpost Chicken Coops come standard without a floor or you can choose to add the timber slat floor kit which consists of 150 x 25mm treated timber slats and is designed to fit the Outpost chicken coop of your choice.
If you are planning to move your coop regularly, not having the floor will allow your chickens to scratch in the grass and dirt and their poop will fertilise the ground. If you are planning to keep it stationary, we recommend getting the floor kit to help with added warmth and preventing rodents. Learn more about flooring options here.

This kitset pack measures 2.2m long x 1.2m wide x 0.5m high and weighs 210kgs (250kgs with floor kit) and fits on a standard size trailer.
