The NEW Settler Summer House has a spacious room with sheltered veranda. The verandah with timber decking makes a lovely sheltered place to sit in the sun and enjoy your garden as well as sheltering the entrance way to the main room.

Inside this Summer House there is 16.8sqm of floor space - plenty of room for furniture of your choice. This versatile design could be used as a new hobbies room, sleepout or office, whatever you want! There is no wall linings included in this kitset but you can add your own insulation and interior linings if you want.
