The NEW Settler Garden Room has a spacious room with a small veranda. The verandah with timber decking provides a sheltered entrance way to the main room.

Inside this Garden Room there is 21sqm of floor space - plenty of room for furniture of your choice. This versatile design could be used as a new hobbies room, sleepout or office, whatever you want!  There is no wall linings included in this kitset but you can add your own insulation and interior linings if you want.

The back wall on the verandah can be closed to provide shelter from the weather and privacy or open depending on your choice. This garden room comes with high quality timber framed french doors and windows.
